About the Role

We’re hiring a Community Manager to join our small but mighty team. In this part-time role, you’ll help us create a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll be a friendly face, a go-to problem solver, and a behind-the-scenes coordinator who keeps our spaces running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys people, can juggle multiple tasks, and is excited to grow with us. This role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position based on fit and business needs.

 

The Day-to-Day

 

Member & Guest Experience

  • Greet members and guests with warmth
  • Give tours and share membership options with prospective members (CRM/Lead Management)
  • Support onboarding and help members feel at home
  • Be available to assist members in person, by phone, and via email

 

Community Operations

  • Brew coffee, restock supplies, and keep the space tidy throughout the day
  • Monitor the coworking space and help identify ways to improve comfort or add value
  • Manage incoming mail and packages
  • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries or maintenance
  • Support event planning and act as on-site contact for hosted events
  • Use coworking software to manage reservations, member access, and billing issues

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools
  • Flexible availability, especially weekday afternoons
  • Experience in hospitality, community engagement, or customer service preferred

 

The Details

  • Part-time: ~20–25 hours/week to start
  • Hourly Pay: $20/hour
  • Location: On-site at Haven’s Upper Arlington location
  • Occasional evening or weekend communication required
  • Necessary tools and training provided
